Board of Review Appeal Hearing

Appeals will be heard at the Almira Township Office (7276 Ole White Dr., Lake Ann, MI) on the following days and times:

Organizational Meeting, Tuesday, March 4th @ 9:00 am, no protests will be heard

MBOR, Monday, March 10th @ 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

MBOR, Tuesday, March 11th @ 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Appointments recommended, call 231-275-5862 to schedule.  Written appeals must be received by March 11, 2025.

Appeal Process:

Every year in February, assessment notices are mailed to all property owners in the Township. Appeals of assessed or taxable values placed on property by the Assessor may be made to the Board of Review.
